By registering, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.

We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties. However, we may use your printed products as free samples for marketing purposes or showcase them on our website with your prior consent.

Order Shipping and Delivery

Eco Packaging Masters strives to deliver your custom packaging in a timely manner and in perfect condition. The following outlines our shipping policies:

  • Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom orders may take longer depending on the complexity and quantity.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options. Costs will depend on order size, weight, and destination.
  • Delivery Time: Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping times may vary.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided to monitor your shipment.
  • Shipping Issues: If there are delays, damages, or issues with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery or expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply, and these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your order, but due to the custom nature of our products, the following policies apply:

  • Order Accuracy: Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We are not responsible for errors in design, artwork, or specifications submitted by you.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days. We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Custom Orders: All custom packaging orders are final once production begins. Therefore, these orders cannot be refunded or canceled.
  • Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.

Defective Products and Liability

Eco Packaging Masters defines a defective product as one that has a manufacturing or construction error. The following are not considered defects:

  • Cracking due to the expansion of paperboard material.
  • Minor cracking on non-laminated cardstock.
  • Bends or scratches from mishandling or shipping.

If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days. Our liability is limited to the value of the defective product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Customer Submitted Artwork or Graphics

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of the artwork you submit. By submitting artwork, you warrant that you have the right to use and distribute it. Eco Packaging Masters is not responsible for color shifts, errors, or issues in artwork that you provide.

Order Approval and Proofing

All orders require proof approval before production. If you do not approve your proof within 48 hours, we will proceed with production as is, and you accept responsibility for any errors.

Payments

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept payments via PayPal, wire transfers, credit cards, and checks. Production will only begin once payment is cleared. Late payments may incur interest as per the applicable invoice terms.

Use of Website

You agree not to use the Eco Packaging Masters website for any unlawful or harmful activities. You may not interfere with the functionality of the website or disrupt other users’ experience.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the Eco Packaging Masters website are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any content from our website is prohibited.

If you have sample files or specific designs in mind, please submit them in a high-quality format (300 DPI, CMYK color mode). We will review your files and provide feedback or adjustments if necessary.

If you do not provide proofs within 48 hours, we will proceed with the order as is, and you will be responsible for any errors in the design.
