Product & Ordering
Are you a manufacturer or a reseller?
A manufacturer. Printing, die-cutting, finishing and assembly happen in-house, which is why quality control and turnaround stay under our control.
Can I order plain boxes without printing?
Yes. Unprinted boxes in any of our stocks are available at a lower unit cost.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most styles start at 50 boxes. Rigid and speciality builds may carry a higher minimum — your quote will state it clearly.
Do you offer child-resistant packaging?
Yes, for pharmaceutical and cannabis categories, including certified closures.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Every quote includes a free 3D mockup. Physical plain or printed samples can be arranged before production.
Pricing & Payment
How long does a quote take?
Under 24 hours on any working day. Complex structural work may take up to 48 hours.
Are there hidden fees?
No. There are no die charges, no plate charges and no setup fee on standard styles. Your quote is the price.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — unit price drops at every quantity break from 50 upward. The calculator on each product page shows the curve.
What is your refund policy?
If the delivered boxes do not match the approved specification, we reprint or refund in full.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 10–12 business days from artwork approval. Rush production runs 4–6 business days on selected styles.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, across the continental US and Canada, including expedited freight on rush orders.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Give us the split at order stage and we will palletise accordingly.
Artwork & Design
What file formats do you accept?
AI, PDF, EPS and TIFF — CMYK, 300 DPI, 0.125 inch bleed, fonts outlined.
Do you charge for design?
No. Structural design, dielines and print-ready artwork are included, with unlimited revisions.
Can you print inside the box?
Yes. Interior printing is available on all folding carton and rigid styles.
Is there a charge for extra colors?
No. Full CMYK plus spot colors are covered in the quoted price.
