What We Collect

We collect information when you request a quote, place an order, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or use the live chat on this site.

• Your name, company, email address, telephone number and delivery address.
• The details of your enquiry — product, dimensions, quantity, stock and finishing.
• Artwork and design files you send us for production.
• Payment details, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Delivery details for a recipient who is not you, used only to fulfil that delivery.
• Technical information about how the site is used, gathered through cookies and analytics.

How We Use It

Everything we hold is used for one of the following, and nothing else:

• Preparing and sending your quote.
• Producing, packing and delivering your order.
• Answering your questions, by email, phone, WhatsApp or live chat.
• Sending order and delivery notifications.
• Sending occasional product or promotional email, only if you asked for it — every one carries an unsubscribe link, and leaving takes one click.
• Understanding how the website is used so it can be improved.

Your Artwork & Files

Artwork you send is used to produce your order and for nothing else. It is not shared with anyone outside the people producing your job, and it is never sold or licensed on.

We may photograph finished printed work for our portfolio, our website and our social accounts. Tell us in writing at any point — before or after — and we will not publish it, and will remove anything already published.

How Your Information Is Protected

The practical measures behind that commitment:

• The whole site is served over HTTPS, so anything you send is encrypted in transit.
• Records are held in an access-controlled database, not on a shared drive.
• Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work.
• Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on our systems.

Cookies

Cookies remember your preferences between visits, keep a quote request intact while you fill it in, and let us count visits so we can see which pages are useful.

Your browser can block or delete them. Some parts of the site work less well without them, but nothing stops you ordering — you can always call or email instead.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. It is shared only in these circumstances:

• With the carriers who deliver your order, and only the details needed to deliver it.
• With the payment provider handling your transaction.
• With the service providers who run our email, hosting and analytics — each under an agreement that limits them to acting on our instructions.
• Where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Aggregate information that does not identify anybody — how many people visited a page, which categories are most viewed — may be used for analysis and marketing.

How Long We Keep It

Order records, including artwork, are kept for as long as needed to support reorders, warranty claims and our tax and accounting obligations.

A quote request that never becomes an order is kept while it is still commercially useful, then removed. Ask us to remove it sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete what we hold, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop sending you marketing email — one click, or one message to us.
• Withdraw your consent. We may keep what is needed to complete an order already in production or to resolve a dispute.

Third-Party Links

This site links to other websites. Once you follow one you are on their terms and their privacy policy, not ours, and we are not responsible for what they do with your information.

Children

This is a business-to-business packaging service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

Any change is published on this page with a new date at the top. Changes apply to information collected after that date.
