Before You Send
Can I get boxes printed with my own logo?
Yes. Every box we produce is fully custom — your logo, artwork, colors and finish, printed edge to edge. We accept AI, PDF, EPS and TIFF files, or our designers create the artwork for you at no charge.
Do you provide samples before I place a bulk order?
We provide a free 3D digital mockup with every quote. Physical plain or printed samples can be arranged before production — ask your specialist when you request the quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Orders start from 50 boxes on most styles. Because we print digitally on short runs, there are no die or plate charges to absorb at low quantities.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard turnaround is 10–12 business days after artwork approval. Rush production delivers in 4–6 business days on selected styles. Shipping is free across the US and Canada.
Is the packaging genuinely recyclable?
Yes. Our kraft, cardboard and corrugated stocks are recyclable and biodegradable, printed with soy-based inks. We plant a tree with every order through our OneTreePlanted partnership.
