Rigid Gift Boxes
The format Christmas gifting is built on. Wrapped grayboard, holds its edge, and is kept rather than thrown away.

- Gold and silver foil
- The finish that says Christmas without a single snowflake. Works on any flat area.
- Soft-touch matte
- Feels more expensive than it costs and hides fingerprints on a gift that gets handled.
- Embossing
- A blind-embossed logo on uncoated board outlasts every seasonal graphic you could print.
- Spot UV on matte
- Raised gloss snow, stars or lettering over a flat ground. Restraint reads as premium here.
Before you order
- Foil needs a clean vector. Fine serifs and hairlines fill in on small type.
- Add an insert if the box holds more than one item — it stops rattle and lifts the whole presentation.
- Corporate gifting: confirm your recipient count before you order so the run size is right first time.
- Design something reusable. A box kept on a shelf in January is a year of free brand impressions.
- Send the product dimensions and the dieline is drawn around them at no charge.
Price your Christmas packaging
Send dimensions, quantity and finishing. A specialist comes back with a fixed price and a free 3D mockup within 24 hours — and will tell you honestly if the date no longer works.
- Free dieline and 3D mockup before you pay
- Artwork in AI, PDF, EPS or TIFF
- Quantity breaks from 50 to 100,000 boxes
- No die charges, no plate charges
Christmas packaging — FAQs
What is the most popular Christmas box style?
Rigid boxes with a magnetic closure, by a wide margin — particularly for corporate gifting. Candle boxes are the highest-volume single SKU we print across the holiday season.
Can I get gold foil on my Christmas boxes?
Yes. Gold, silver, copper, rose gold and holographic foil can be stamped on any flat area. Send the logo as vector artwork; fine serifs need checking at small sizes before it goes to press.
Do you make hamper boxes with inserts?
Yes. Foam, card and molded pulp inserts are all available, and the structural design for them is free. Send the items or their dimensions and we draw the insert around them.
What is the minimum order for Christmas gift boxes?
50 boxes, with no die or plate charges. A seasonal run does not need to be large to be worth printing properly.
How long does production take?
10–12 business days from artwork approval, plus free shipping across the US and Canada. Rush production can bring that down to 4–6 business days subject to press capacity.
The rest of the season
Most brands print two or three of these in one run and save on setup and freight.
