- 10–12 business days
- Free US & Canada shipping

Print two seasons in one run
Most brands who print two seasons separately pay twice for setup and twice for freight without gaining anything. Run them together and you pay once.
- Halloween and Thanksgiving share stock on most food formats
- Peak-weekend mailers and Christmas gift boxes share one press window
- A sleeve-and-tray build lets one printed tray serve every season
- One shipment instead of two, on the heaviest freight weeks of the year
What we need from you
Four things, and the first conversation usually settles all of them. Artwork is not one of them — our designers will build it for you at no charge if you only have a logo.
- The product dimensions, not an old box
- Whether anything touches food, so the stock is right first time
- A quantity, or a range — we will price the breaks
- Your logo in vector form if you want foil or embossing

Seasonal packaging — FAQs
What is the minimum order for seasonal packaging?
50 boxes, with no die charges and no plate charges. That is what makes a short seasonal SKU worth printing properly rather than sticking a label on a plain box.
How long does a seasonal run take to produce?
10–12 business days from artwork approval, plus free ground shipping across the US and Canada. Rush production can bring that down to 4–6 business days when press capacity allows.
Can I print more than one season in a single order?
Yes, and it is usually cheaper. Combining a Black Friday mailer with a Christmas gift box into one run shares the setup and the freight, so you pay once for both instead of twice.
How much does custom holiday packaging cost?
It depends on size, stock, quantity and finishing. A printed tuck-end carton lands well under a dollar at 500 units; a foiled rigid magnetic box is several times that. Send dimensions and a quantity and a specialist returns a fixed price within 24 hours.
Do I pay anything before I see the box?
No. The structural design, the dieline and the 3D mockup are all free, and nothing goes to press until you have approved it.
Do you ship free across the US?
Yes, to the US and Canada, on every order including short seasonal runs.
