Custom Halloween Packaging Boxes

Printed to your exact size · from 50 boxes · free design & US shipping

Halloween sells on the shelf, in the last two weeks of October, against a wall of competing color. The boxes below are the formats that get picked up — printed edge to edge, cut to your product, and available from 50 units so a one-month SKU is still worth printing properly.

Finishes worth paying for

Matte lamination
The default for Halloween. Deep blacks stay dead flat instead of showing every fingerprint from the shelf.
Spot UV
Raised gloss on a matte ground — use it on the web, the moon or the logo, not the whole panel.
Metallic foil
Copper and antique gold read warmer than silver against black and orange.
Glow and neon inks
Fluorescent orange and green need a fifth unit on press. Tell us early; it changes the plate order, not the price.

Before you order

  • Send the product dimensions, not an old box — the dieline is drawn around what goes inside.
  • Black-heavy Halloween artwork needs a rich black build, not 100% K, or it prints muddy gray.
  • If the box holds food, say so on the inquiry: it changes the stock and the coating.
  • Order a little over your forecast. A seasonal SKU is not worth reprinting mid-run.
  • Ask for the flat dieline as well as the 3D mockup if a designer is laying out the artwork.

Halloween packaging — FAQs

What is the minimum order for Halloween boxes?

50 boxes. There is no die charge and no plate charge, so a 50-unit seasonal run costs you the boxes and nothing else — which is what makes a one-month SKU worth printing at all.

How much do custom Halloween boxes cost?

It depends on size, stock, quantity and finishing. A small printed tuck-end treat box lands well under a dollar at 500 units; a rigid magnetic gift box is several times that. Send dimensions and a quantity and you get a fixed price within 24 hours.

How long does production take?

10–12 business days from artwork approval, plus free ground shipping across the US and Canada. Rush production can bring that down to 4–6 business days when press capacity allows.

Can you print food-safe Halloween candy boxes?

Yes. Direct-contact confectionery runs on food-grade stock with a food-safe coating. Tell us the product on the inquiry and we quote the correct board rather than swapping it later.

Do you charge extra for a custom Halloween shape?

No. Structural design and the dieline are free, including die-cut windows in shapes like bats, pumpkins or cauldrons. You pay for the boxes.
