E-flute corrugated mailers in unbleached kraft, printed with soy-based inks and shipped flat. They survive the courier, fold together without tape, and go straight into household recycling.

Corrugated board sandwiches a fluted core between two liners, which is what makes it light in the hand and hard to crush in a courier van. We run E-flute for retail-facing mailers and B or double-wall for heavier shipping loads.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Orders start from 50 boxes on most styles. Digital printing on short runs means there are no die or plate charges to absorb at low quantities.

Can you match my brand colours exactly?

Yes. Supply a PMS reference and we match it on press. For CMYK-only artwork we send a printed proof before the full run when colour accuracy is critical.

How do I measure my box?

Always measure the inside dimensions in length × width × height. Length is the longest opening edge, width the shorter one, height the depth from base to opening.

What file format should I send?

AI, PDF or EPS in CMYK at 300 DPI with 0.125 inch bleed and all fonts outlined. No artwork? Our designers build it free and send a 3D mockup for approval.
